These terms apply to Pillage Party for Android, made by the developer of Pillage Party. By installing or playing the game you accept them.

Age

The game shows fantasy violence and suggestive character art. It is for adults (18+).

Licence

You may install and play the game for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you control. The game, its art, music and code remain ours; you may not copy, resell, modify or redistribute them, except where the law allows it.

Price and refunds

The game is sold through Google Play; Google Play's terms and refund policy apply. Everything in the game is earned by playing: nothing else is for sale.

The game as it is

We work to keep the game running well, but it is provided as it is. Saves live on your device; back them up with Android's backup if you want to keep them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress or indirect damage.
